Since he loves to be a source of positive change, he has also developed three unique businesses that aim to provide training, personal branding services, and skills for leadership development. With a great passion for helping people find their true, authentic path that brings them more joy, fulfillment, and purpose, Bobby has tried various means such as social media, training, and books, in order to expand his reach.
There was a time when Bobby felt lost, stuck and unfulfilled. He now has developed a unique ability to connect and empathize with people. Through his book, he aims to guide people on how to make connections that would eventually lead them to a future full of opportunities. To provide a comprehensive source of information, Bobby starts off his book by explaining the many benefits of learning how to network. Then, he moves on to build his reader’s understanding slowly and steadily through the following five stages: preparing for networking, starting a conversation, carrying a conversation, ending a conversation, and the follow-up. In a nutshell, his book serves as a friendly reminder for all his readers that they are not alone in this struggle.
All the ideas and theories that Bobby puts forth in his book are a result of his personal experiences. While he has achieved a lot of success up to date, there were many times when things didn’t go as he planned them to. This included not fitting in the corporate world and losing his job in engineering and brand marketing. After Bobby left the corporate world for good, he started working on launching his own business. Even though there were several business initiatives that eventually dissolved, he still did not give up. Today Bobby proudly owns three successful businesses that includes, DYPB – Discover Your Personal Brand where he provides personal branding services, Thought Leadership Branding Club on Clubhouse, which provides professional development of leadership skills, and his main business, Raeallan, that focuses on transformational speaking and training. In addition to that, Bobby has worked as a GMAT coach for the past 22 years. As the author of the #1 bestseller “How to Network Anytime, Anywhere, with Anyone” and being named Inc Magazine’s Top 100 Leadership Speakers, he has successfully explored several paths in his lifetime, and hopes to continue expanding his experiences so that he can help many more people.
