Having grown up in Ohio, Andrea was taught the importance of maintaining a strong work ethic from a very young age. She continued nurturing her mindset in the manner she knew would allow her to remain consistent on her goals and live her dreams to the fullest. A top income earner at Monat global in direct sales, Andrea’s passion for conquering new heights knows no barriers. Having achieved such a huge milestone in her life, she decided to coach people on various aspects of making direct sales. Since then, she’s assisting people in becoming top sales leaders and imparting values that have stuck with her throughout. Using her social media to promote her brand, Andrea trains her team of thousands to develop appropriate expertise and habits that guarantee success and help them persevere.
Before joining Monat, Andrea worked as a hairstylist at an Aveda salon and trained new stylists on the floor. Her commission-based profession soon piqued her interest in sales and the rest, as they say, was history. “Being a hairstylist, I was commission-based, so I’ve always had to be on my game to grow my clientele and be the base to maintain them. I’m creative, so I’ve dabbled on Etsy and had my own wedding hair and makeup business before starting MONAT in direct sales.”
As evident, Andrea isn’t the one to step back. Instead, she takes it upon herself to carve out different pathways in the face of difficulties. Having dealt with trauma and a failed marriage, Andrea knew she had to keep pushing forward for the sake of her mental well-being. “I have a business coach and therapist who have helped me overcome my traumas to work at my best level. I protect my energy, keep my circle small, and I’m very picky about who I surround myself with.”
Andrea’s endless goals and aspirations are a true testament to her sincerity in seeing people become the best versions of themselves. Having worked with different personality types, Andrea is hopeful of creating an impact that can potentially change the way young people approach network marketing. According to her, “women are capable of having anything they want.” Andrea’s remarkable achievements until now are indeed a reflection of her statement above.
