Unlocking Success: How Brianne Harvey Empowers Women and Revolutionizes the Hospitality Industry

Female hospitality entrepreneur Brianne Harvey’s new disruptive innovation Restaurant Resource is staged to be the gateway to restaurants flourishing globally.

It allows restaurants to source quality suppliers, software, events, and service providers from any where in the world for free. This is her way of giving back to the community she loves and making an impact. Here’s her story…

Brianne grew up in Southern California, but moved all over until she and her husband made Kansas City, MO their home base.

The entrepreneur said she had a pretty typical childhood besides being a classic overachiever, playing sports year round, taking advanced classes in school, and playing the piano.

Talk about someone with a bright future.

When asked what made her choose this path she said:

“I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 16 years old and got my first job at a local Rock Bottom Brewery. The vibrancy and vitality of the restaurant industry had me hooked from day one.

Over the last 20 years, Brianne held every position imaginable in a restaurant, and found her forte in technology.

Brianne says she always had a knack for technology and was often the “tech geek” during her days in restaurant management.

Now she works with some of the best restaurants as a systems and IT expert with her company Break Bread Consulting.

She also holds a full time position as VP of Technology at APICII, a bespoke hospitality management and concept development powerhouse based out of NYC.

Another ambition of hers besides providing the best IT solutions to restaurants is being the best role model she can be to her daughter, and showing her…

Just like every other woman out there, you can do anything if you can set your mind to it.

When asked what are the habits that made her successful, they are pretty simple.

First is being driven and hard working no matter what you do. Second is she never doubts whether or not she can do something. She setsbig goals and works backwards with small steps to get there. Third is to love creating and thinking outside of the box, and just being naturally curious about the problems you can solve.

Often, women feel hesitant to get into the tech industry, or even work their way up in the hospitality industry, not to mention both like Brianne.

Brianne hopes her story can inspire many women to take charge of their career in tech and hospitality.
